Help is on the way, dear
What do I wear?
You are welcome to wear anything you’d like! The goal is to feel slightly pushed outside of your comfort zone while feeling confident and good about yourself. Most girls wear lingerie however it is not a must! I have seen some really fun outfits such as wearing a pair of jeans and using a cowgirl hat to cover your chest, a pair of underwear and a leather jacket, or wrapping up in the sheet. You are also welcome to bring extra accessories from home: glasses, your favorite book, a guitar, etc.
Where do we shoot?
We will most likely be shooting at my home studio in Sisters, Oregon. I have a 700sqft studio in one half of our barn that has been converted with dry wall and windows! It is such a beautiful, light and bright oasis that I am so proud to bring my clients into. About four times a year I do themed boudoir minis and those may be located elsewhere depending on the theme! You are also welcome to have me over to shoot you in your home or rent a studio.
What is in the client closet?
The client closet consists of lingerie outfits and accessories ranging from sizes XS-XXXL. I have a mix of one and two piece outfits in all kinds of cuts and designs. Prior to shooting I will ask you your size as well as your bra size and booty size, this will help me curate a small collection of outfits for you to try on before your session. I also have many accessories including hats, heels, garters/garter belts, lace robes, a floor length pearl robe, fur jackets, leather bustless bustiers and more!
Do you share my images online?
I will never share your images without your consent! If you are okay with me sharing your images online I would absolutely love to showcase you. However if you are not comfortable, that is completely okay!
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! I am happy to break up your payment however you want! Most girls split the payment in half, paying one half at the time of booking as a deposit and the other half a week before their session. However if you plan ahead, we can break that payment up into as little as $50 a month! Sessions must be fully paid by the time of the session date.
What if I don't look like the girls on your Instagram?
That’s the best part, YOU DO! Those are everyday girls, just like you. None of them are hired models or have any experience being photographed. The flow of posing and the curation of outfits helps to make you look and feel like a natural! I will pose you down to the very tips of your toes. So don’t feel concerned about coming with any prior knowledge, all you have to do is show up and I will do the rest!
Can I bring a friend to my shoot?
It seems like a comforting idea, but please do not bring anyone. Although it seems like it would make you feel less nervous to have someone you know there, it always makes people feel more nervous. It also tends to be disruptive to the flow of the shoot and the flow of the posing. I promise your nerves will melt away within the first few minutes!
Do you use Photoshop?
I do not use Photoshop. I will edit out anything temporary: zits, bruises, bug bites, etc. and I may soften your skin slightly. However I will not edit out anything permanent such as scars, birth marks, etc. The goal of the session is to love yourself and your body exactly as you are. If we go altering your body it is not helping you to see your true beauty!
How long does it take to get my photos?
Your contract will say within 8 weeks. Average session turn around during busy season is 4-6 weeks and 2-4 weeks during off season. If there is a deadline you are trying to meet, please let me know! I can usually accommodate short turnaround requests.
